    Pathway Gourmet prepares authentic Cajun and Creole delicacies.  We offer
    seafood gumbo, chicken and sausage gumbo, file gumbo, crawfish or
    shrimp etouffee, seafood or chicken jambalaya with sausage, eggplant or
    squash casserole, shrimp creole, red beans and rice, shrimp or crab stew,
    and shrimp or crawfish pies.  All items are chef prepared, and created the old
    fashion way.

    We offer a full catering menu, including appetizers, tapas, hot & cold hors
    d'oeuvres, dips & spreads, soup, gumbo, salads, sandwiches, pasta & rice
    dishes, casseroles, carving meats, seafood entrees, vegetable side dishes,
    and desserts.

    If you have dietary restrictions, we can accommodate you.  Since we prepare
    food items fresh to order, we customize the recipe for your needs.  We
    specialize in low-carb food preparation.
